(For iOS) Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Tap a subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services.

Cancel a subscription on the Google Play app:
On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play. > Select the subscription you want to cancel. > Tap Cancel subscription.
